1. Data controller
The data controller is the operator of the Meazza Suite guest accommodation (national ID code CIN IT015146C29OILIW6J), Via Alfonso Capecelatro 81, 20148 Milan, Italy. For any request concerning your data, please write to the controller at the postal address above.
2. What data we process
This site has no user accounts, no contact forms and collects no data on our servers. Your data (name, contact details, stay dates) only reaches us when you complete a reservation on the Krossbooking booking engine, which is the site's only booking channel. We use it solely to handle your enquiry and your stay.
During your stay we process identity document data to meet legal obligations: reporting guests to the Italian police authority (art. 109 TULPS) and administering the City of Milan tourist tax.
3. Cookies
Necessary technical cookies (language, security, remembering your cookie choice) are always active and track nothing. All other cookies are set only if you allow them in the banner shown on your first visit:
- Statistics — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, to know how many people visit the site and which pages they read. No data is collected before your consent (Google Consent Mode v2).
- Marketing — Google advertising cookies (remarketing and conversion measurement), active only if you enable this category.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the site footer: if you switch a category off, the related cookies are removed. Connected third-party services — Google Fonts (font loading), Krossbooking (reservations), Stripe (payments), OpenStreetMap (map) — may process technical data such as your IP address and set their own cookies on their respective pages, under their own policies.
4. Legal basis and retention
We process data for pre-contractual measures and to perform the accommodation contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c) and, for statistics and marketing cookies, on the basis of your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you may withdraw at any time. We keep data for as long as those purposes require and for the periods set by Italian tax and public-security rules.
5. Your rights
You may exercise the rights under articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) at any time by writing to the controller at the postal address given in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
